By using Storyable, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

What We Do

Storyable creates personalized, AI-generated illustrated books based on the information you provide. Each book is unique and made specifically for you.

Your Responsibilities

By using Storyable, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Only upload photos of yourself or with consent from the person pictured
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Not use our service for prohibited content (see below)

Prohibited Content

You may not use Storyable to create content that includes:

  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
  • Graphic violence, gore, or torture
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Content promoting illegal activities
  • Impersonation intended to deceive or defraud
  • Terrorism or extremist content
  • Self-harm or suicide promotion

We reserve the right to refuse service, delete content, and ban users who violate these rules. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Your Content

You keep the rights to photos you upload. Uploaded photos are deleted after your book is generated.

Your generated book is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You can share it with friends and family, but you may not resell or commercially distribute it.

AI-Generated Content

Our books are created by AI. While we aim for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We don't guarantee perfection, but we'll work with you to fix technical issues.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details. In short: we offer free regeneration for technical issues, and refunds if your book isn't delivered within 24 hours.

Limitation of Liability

Storyable is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
