At Storyable, we're committed to delivering a high-quality, personalized experience. We understand issues may arise, and we're here to resolve them fairly and quickly.

Delivery

  • Each Storyable book is 100% personalized based on the information you provide
  • Books are typically generated within 5-10 minutes
  • Once ready, you'll receive a shareable link to view your book
  • If you provided an email, we'll also send the link there

When We Issue Refunds

Refunds are granted if:

  • Your book was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
  • The book has major technical issues (see below)

Technical Issues

We'll fix or refund if your book has:

  • Missing illustrations – images failed to generate or don't load
  • Wrong character – the main character doesn't match the photo/description provided
  • Broken content – chapters are missing, blank, or unreadable

Please report technical issues within 1 hour of receiving your book.

What We Don't Refund

  • Change of mind after the book is generated
  • Minor style preferences (AI-generated content varies)
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Free Regeneration

If your book has a technical issue, we'll offer 1 free regeneration to fix the problem before processing a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@storyable.fun with:

  • Your book link or the email you used
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
