At Storyable, we're committed to delivering a high-quality, personalized experience. We understand issues may arise, and we're here to resolve them fairly and quickly.
Delivery
- Each Storyable book is 100% personalized based on the information you provide
- Books are typically generated within 5-10 minutes
- Once ready, you'll receive a shareable link to view your book
- If you provided an email, we'll also send the link there
When We Issue Refunds
Refunds are granted if:
- Your book was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
- The book has major technical issues (see below)
Technical Issues
We'll fix or refund if your book has:
- Missing illustrations – images failed to generate or don't load
- Wrong character – the main character doesn't match the photo/description provided
- Broken content – chapters are missing, blank, or unreadable
Please report technical issues within 1 hour of receiving your book.
What We Don't Refund
- Change of mind after the book is generated
- Minor style preferences (AI-generated content varies)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
Free Regeneration
If your book has a technical issue, we'll offer 1 free regeneration to fix the problem before processing a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@storyable.fun with:
- Your book link or the email you used
- A brief description of the issue
We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
